At Sybella Jewellery, we pride ourselves on delivering beautifully designed silver jewellery to the market. However if your piece isn’t quite right we are happy to help.

Sybella Jewellery pieces are covered under a 1 Year Warranty from purchase date covering manufacturing and workmanship defects. If any Sybella Jewellery product is found to have manufacturing fault withing the warranty period, it will be repaired (where possible). 

Please forward any repairs to the original place of purchase with proof of purchase or receipt for assessment.

 Please note repairs can take up to 3 weeks.This warranty does not include:

  1. The normal signs of everyday wear and tear
  2. Damage caused by elements (eg. moisture, cosmetic, sweat)
  3. Any scratches or tarnishing
  4. Any damage caused by accident of mistreatment 
  5. Water damage 
  6. Any post-production changes to the original product
